Welcome to Senior Pros, Inc. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services, including those who sign up for our SMS messaging program.
Services Provided
Senior Pros is a Florida-licensed nurse registry that refers independent-contractor caregivers to clients seeking in-home support. Senior Pros does not employ the referred caregivers or direct the services they provide. The client and caregiver decide whether to enter an arrangement and agree on its services, schedule, and payment terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their care needs and home environment. Failure to do so may result in delays, modifications, or cancellations of services.
Payment Terms
The applicable Senior Pros entity and the client will confirm the registry’s fees and payment arrangements in the applicable service agreement. Identify Senior Pros, Inc. for the counties it serves and Senior Pros of Broward County, LLC for Broward, as confirmed by counsel.
SMS Messaging Program
Our SMS messaging program allows clients to receive important updates, reminders, and promotional offers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to (561) 765-7960.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Privacy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.
Limitation of Liability
Senior Pros, Inc., is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the matter will be handled first through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration, according to the laws of Florida, United States, and will govern any disputes arising under these terms.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Senior Pros, Inc., and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
By agreeing to these terms, you provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages from Senior Pros, Inc., for communication, service updates, reminders, alerts, and notifications. Messages may be transactional, informational, or promotional in nature. Message frequency may vary.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Senior Pros, Inc., is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service or SMS delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
All caregivers referred by this nurse registry are independent contractors of the client, not employees of either the nurse registry or the client.
Caregivers provide services directly to clients under arrangements the client and caregiver agree upon. Senior Pros is a referral registry and does not provide medical care
